This email will hopefully give some insight into my relationship with the folks at L&L Rail & Fence. I have worked with Southern Management for over 26 years now, and my primary responsibilities are to assist our 12 MOCO residential communities with their service contracts and yearly capital improvement contracts. 

I have personally been working closely with all the folks at L&L Rail & Fence on several large scale projects from Brian, Verdan, Toby, and their construction team. They have bid on many projects, completed several larger projects such as total balcony railing replacements on a 18 story hi-rise building, a demolition of existing concrete poured in place balconies and railings, then suggested a better option to replace with a more cost affordable and "maint free" pre-ordered slab option for 10 garden-style buildings and new railings. They are currently working closely with our structural engineers, general contractors, and roofer to demo an existing brick parapet wall on a 19 story building in downtown Silver Spring, MD. and installing a concrete curb and guardrail system installed by L&L Rail & Fence, in close coordination with the GC. During this process, I witnessed Vardan, a project manager/estimator who was impressing our structural engineers with not only his railing expertise but for his overall construction code and concrete knowledge as well. 

They can be counted on to initiate well planned out pre-construction meetings as well as weekly meetings once the project is underway. They have secured permits on our behalf through Gaithersburg and have become a vendor that I trust for their expertise and knowledge first and foremost, next I would have to commend their project management and the products they use. Their on-site crew is professional, safe and prompt. They openly accept my feedback, questions, or concerns! Overall, this is a company I would highly recommend for jobs big and small. They come right out within 48 hours for estimates per my request and have been flexible getting them turned over quickly and they're a great source for new ideas that their competitors totally miss on!"
