President / CEO
Brian is the Founder and President of L&L Inc. Brian started his career in L&L Inc. work in the early ’90s and is 3rd generation in the industry. Brian is humble and never forgets where he came from. His eye for detail, work ethic, and honesty have earned L&L Inc. an excellent reputation within the multi-family housing industry in Baltimore, Maryland, and Northern Virginia.
Akeel Harris
Akeel is our Production Manager, he started here at L&L Inc. in January 2020 as a Welder Fabricator and has quickly grown in the company.
Ethan Arndt
Drafting
Ethan is a high school graduate who is eager to be here at L&L Inc. following in his fathers footsteps. He started with us in the summer of 2022 and has quickly picked up the ins and outs of Drafting along with all it entails.
Kayla Esteppe
Office Manager
Kayla is the L&L Inc. Office Manager who is the glue that keeps us running smoothly on a day-to-day basis. She wears many hats throughout the company such as, Office Manager, Human Resources and Accounting. She is caring, genuine, and always on top of the day to day operation of L&L Inc. ensuring maximum efficiency for the clients, employees, and vendors. She has been with L&L Inc. since February 2017.
Wayne Harris
Wayne is one of our Welder Fabricators, he started here at L&L Inc. in September 2020.
Fletcher Frotton
Fletcher is one of our Welder Fabricators, he first started with L&L Inc. in May 2020. After COVID-19, Fletcher pursued an educational path and returned to L&L Inc. after the Spring 2022 semester.
Melissa Tyler
Melissa joined the L&L Inc. team in June of 2022 as the Office Assistant with years of experience in an office setting. She is a very detailed and organized individual, together with Kayla these two keep the office running and she is quickly becoming Kayla’s right hand. In her free time, she enjoys being outdoors, spending time with her friends/ family and her dog Ace. She’s very excited to be a part of the L&L team and is looking forward to taking the office to new heights.
Antonio Zozos
Site Superintendent
Antonio aka Tony has been with L&L Inc. since April 2017. He is originally from Greece and has a beautiful wife and three children he works hard for everyday. We are so happy to have him as our Site Supervisor with years of experience and the attention to detail that we value.
Julio Dominguez
Julio is our Crew Leader, he started here at L&L Inc. in June 2014.
Hugo Polanco
Hugo is one of our Crew Leaders, he recently returned to L&L Inc. Spring 2022.
Blake Kelly
Blake is one of our Welder Fabricators, you might also see Blake onsite welding with the crews or on our production CNC Machine. He started here at L&L Inc. in early 2022.
Michael McCracken
Michael is one of our installers on Hugo's Crew, he started here at L&L Inc. in the summer of 2022.
Maynor is one of our installer on Julio's Crew, he started here at L&L Inc. in June 2019.
Willian Aparicio
Willian is one of our installers on Hugo's crew, he recently returned to L&L Inc. Summer 2022.
