Fabricator/Welder

L&L Inc is now accepting applications for Fabricator. Fabricator positions are available for those who are able to follow direction from the shop manager and have a general knowledge of fabrication and the applicable tools and skills.
  • QUALIFICATIONS

    • Ability to work in the United States
    • Read and interpret blueprints and sketches. Study and interpret assembly instructions. Interpret measurements.
    • Use mathematics to solve problems. Have the ability to add, subtract, multiply, or divide quickly and correctly.
    • Ability to physically perform requirements of job including heavy lifting up to 100 lbs.
    • Ability to determine the kind of tools and equipment needed to do a job.
    • Ability to read gauges, dials, or other indicators to make sure a machine is working properly
    • Ability to tell when something is wrong or is likely to go wrong. It does not involve solving the problem, only recognizing there is a problem.
    • Ability to imagine how something will look before, during, and after the project is completed.
    • Punctual

General Laborer

L&L Inc is now accepting applications for general laborers. General labor positions are available for those who are able to follow direction from the Crew Foreman in grabbing tools, moving material and other general labor tasks.
  • QUALIFICATIONS

    • Ability to work in the United States
    • Some construction experience is preferred, but not needed
    • Some knowledge of general tools is preferred, but not needed
    • Ability to physically perform requirements of job including heavy lifting up to 100 lbs.
    • Punctual

Skilled Laborer

L&L Inc is now accepting applications for those who are able to follow direction from a Crew Foreman or Site Superintendent and are able to comprehend the project at hand and assist the Crew Foreman.
  • QUALIFICATIONS
    • Ability to work in the United States
    • Have at least 2 years experience using various amounts of tools and general construction products
    • Any certification in the construction industry is preferred, but not required
    • Ability to physically perform requirements of job including heavy lifting up to 100 lbs.
    • Punctual
    • Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
    • Knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools involved in the fabrication of railings and associated components, fence panels and associated components, stair components and associated components.
    • Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, and other techniques for maximizing the quality and efficiency of manufacturing processes.
